PHILADELPHIA- During the time of a SEPTA strike, it would only seem logical that Temple students needing to attend classes in Center City would take the free TU shuttle. However, the shuttle is no substitute for a subway system, and it showed yesterday, as the one-way every hour shuttle arrived at the Broad and Berks stop, only to be greeted by three times the capacity of the bus. An estimated 25 students were no able to attend their classes because of a lack of transportation.
