I had the pleasure of experiencing the SEPTA stike today. This morning I was waiting for my train to take me to Temple so I could attend this journalism class. I figured it might be a bit late since they have to pick up more people than normal because of the strike. Unfortunatly for me and about 20 other people, I was stuck waiting for over an hour which caused me to miss class. While I was waiting I got to listen to what other people were missing during their wait. One guy was late for court which is never good, one student had a project to turn and and a couple people acutally left to find another way to get where they were going. I am just glad that the train is still running during the strike or I would be missing a lot more classes than just one so far.
